I need a fix for this issue, as this "creator" laptop is very unreliable if will reboot when is trying to get to sleep. So if I get the software removed, the laptop can sleep with/without the power supply connected., which is the desirable functionality, but the performance is noticeable poor, about 35% down doesn't matter the power plan you set on Windows. ![]() I kind of triaged the issue, seems the software delivered with the laptop to control fans and power (Hp Command Center) is the reason.
